Position: Senior Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • According to market demand to develop and implement the company's sales operations, establish the standardized business processes, ensure the completion of company sales target;
  • To organize departments to develop a variety of sales, to develop new customer channels and new markets;
  • To establish a good working relationship with customers;
  • Responsible for managing sales staff, making the staff development planning and performance management, sales team training and other related work;
  • Keep an eye on market trends and competitors, be aware of the latest information on sales, to establish the information feedback mechanism, providing the basis for business development strategies;
  • Responsible for overall control and management of the cost of sales;
  • To complete branding and marketing work according to the company's overall marketing strategy;
  • To complete other tasks assigned by the company and coordinate with other departments.


Requirements:

  • Familiar with sports marketing industry;
  • 30-45 years of age, bachelor degree in management, marketing or other majors, at least 5 years working experience in sports industry, public relations, advertising or other sales companies, at least 3 years of marketing management experience;
  • Familiar with modern management model, skillfully use various incentives;
  • With excellent marketing skills, rich experience in marketing, planning and operation; can identify potential business partners, familiar with the industry development of the market situation;
  • Has the ability to shape the company's overall image, enhance the visibility and reputation of the company;
  • Has strong language skill, writing ability and high level English;
  • Should be efficiency, integrity, and strategic forward thinking;
  • With strong management skills, interpersonal communication skills, planning and implementation capacity;
  • Have a strong sense of dedication and sense of responsibility, a high degree of self-confidence and lead subordinate their own actions, to get the best benefits and work;
  • Have client channels is preferred.
